Meet the founders who designed and are building Rise4Hope Ministries.

Jeanette Ward

Director of Operations

Jeanette Ward brings over 20 years of healthcare and patient care experience, including coordinating care teams, mentoring new staff, and managing daily operational workflows. Known for a keen awareness of systems and surroundings, her background in hands-on care, combined with a deep and consistent foundation in biblical study and ministry involvement, positions her well to ensure that Rise4Hope's system is carried out with both operational consistency and genuine compassion in daily practice.

The 4 Pillars

The four foundational conditions that make transformation possible.

Trust

The consistent, accountable condition where expectations are clearly defined and reliably upheld — allowing trust in God, the system, and self to be restored over time.

Stability

The condition of physical, emotional, and behavioral steadiness established through structured routines, predictable expectations, and consistent daily rhythm.

Order

The disciplined operating condition where defined systems guide behavior, reduce chaos, and support consistent execution across daily life.

Elevation

The upward-oriented condition where continued growth, increased responsibility, and alignment with purpose are expected and supported beyond stabilization.

The 4 Phases

Four sequential phases governing readiness-based progression toward lasting independence.

01

Stabilization

The establishment of safety, structure, and baseline consistency through disciplined daily rhythm and environmental stability.

02

Growth

The strengthening of discipline, habits, responsibility, and personal development through consistent engagement across all Development Tracks.

03

Transition

Preparation for independent living through increased accountability, real-world application, and expanded personal responsibility.

04

Aftercare

Continued support, accountability, and reinforcement designed to help maintain long-term stability and healthy progression after residency.

Why Springfield, MA?

Springfield is home. Founders K.C. and Jeanette Ward are Springfield natives returning to the city that shaped them — with a mission designed to serve it.

Rise4Hope is not coming to Springfield as an outside organization. It is coming home, with deep roots, trusted relationships, and a system built to produce lasting impact in the community it has always been called to serve.

Rooted in Faith

Rise4Hope is built on the conviction that lasting transformation does not originate from structure alone, but from the life-changing power of God working within each individual. Structure creates the pathway — it is God who produces the change.

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."

— 2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV)
